RULES

• The check in time is from 15 to 17, if you want to check in later please phone at n° 338 9736520.
• The day of the departure the room should be left by 10 o’clock a.m.
• An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book and the balance of the payment will be done at the arrival.
• The balance of the payment will be paid on the day of arrival.
• The guest has the right to cancel your booking without charge up to 14 days before the start date of stay and the deposit will be returned. Fot cancellations after that date there will be no refund.
• For cancellations after this deadline there will be no refund.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the house.
• This regulation is fully accepted at time of booking.
